Work Experience:

Apple Computer Inc., Apple Store:  Burlingame, CA May, 2007 - Present

Specialist/Creative Training Support – Engage customers with detailed information about Apple products, personal shopping, and personal one to one training with Apple software and hardware.  Conduct public workshops, presenting the Mac operating system, details of iLife software features, and iPhone usage from beginning levels to advanced operation.

Video Monitoring Services:  Los Angeles, CA January, 2004 - August, 2006

Video Editor/Traffic Coordinator - Edit news segments to 3/4”, Betacam, VHS, DVD and digital formats per client orders, traffic orders in production, and coordinate orders with offices nationwide to meet due times.  QC, troubleshoot, edit digital capture segments, and use FTPs to and from other offices.  Edit linear and non-linear formats including mpeg, windows media, and quicktime.  Additional responsibilities include setting up special tapings, organizing library, managing tape changes, and archiving media.

Prestige Portraits, Lifetouch:  Hayward, CA 1999-2003

Lead Photographer, Level III - Operate portrait studio, set up road sets and photograph portraits, proms, and other school events.  Responsible for customer relations, training new photographers, and technical aspects of lighting and cameras on the road and in the studio.  Lead Photographer on big events such as proms and yearbook portrait day.  Lead responsibilities include evaluation of photography locations, coordinating and helping other photographers set up equipment, making sure the flow of customer traffic runs smoothly, and reporting to school officials.

Sony Computer Entertainment/Interim:  Foster City, CA 1997-1999

Consumer Service Representative - Answer 800 caller line for technical support regarding the Sony Playstation videogame console and peripherals.  Assist nationwide callers with the installation of equipment and troubleshooting problems.  Determine whether equipment is in need of repair and provide service center information.  Track all consumer calls in the database.  Relay Sony’s policies and answer general questions regarding the Playstation hardware and software.

Programming in Lingo to create and manipulate graphic imagery, including graphic, sound, and text events with Director.  Computers in art production using Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Google Earth and Panoramio.
